“Noor” is an educational project in northern Syria aimed at supporting 60 blind children in learning to read and write, as well as reciting the Holy Quran using the Braille system. The project also provides education in various sciences and essential life skills, empowering them to overcome the challenges of visual impairment and integrate into society with greater independence and confidence. The program runs for a full year to ensure a lasting educational impact.

In a world where blind individuals often face a lack of educational opportunities, “Noor” seeks to illuminate the path for 60 blind children by teaching them reading and writing through Braille, opening a new window to knowledge. Additionally, the children learn to recite the Holy Quran in a way that meets their needs, strengthening their connection to their identity and values.

Beyond basic education, the project offers courses in life and scientific skills to help children become more self-reliant and navigate daily challenges with confidence. “Noor” aims to be more than just an educational initiative , it is a step toward building a brighter and more independent future for blind children.
