Graduate Empowerment & Training Project – Skills That Open Doors

At a time when young graduates face major challenges entering the job market, the “Graduate Empowerment & Training Project” comes as a bridge toward a more stable and impactful future.

The project aims to implement 15 specialized training courses across multiple professional fields, targeting 150 graduates over the course of 3 training rounds, with an average of 100 participants per round.

In addition, the project will support 20 young individuals in launching their own initiatives and specialized projects, paving the way for long-term employment opportunities and career sustainability.
